Kids Baking Classes - AGM 25-26 School Year
Calling all mini-bakers! Common Bread is pleased to offer an after-school baking program as part Ari Guiragos Minassian School’s enrichment initiatives. There are four sessions available throughout the 25-26 school year, and are offered to all K-6th students (space is limited!).
Our baking classes are hands on, fun and engaging. Each week, students will learn new baking concepts, exposing them to new flavors, growing their palettes, and building their confidence in culinary arts and baking knowledge. They will work in pairs, groups or individually to make their kid-friendly recipes, and each student will take home their baked creations to share with loved ones.
Past baking programs have explored recipes ranging from sweets like muffins, cookies and granola bars; to sweet/savory breads like corn bread, pop overs, and dinner rolls; to flat breads like tortillas and traditional Armenian lavash bread; as well as seasonal treats.
